Description:

Fireboy and Watergirl in the Forest Temple is the first cooperative puzzle-platformer in the Fireboy and Watergirl series, created by Oslo Albet. The two heroes are stranded in a forest temple and have to reach the exit of 32 single-screen levels. Fireboy can walk through fire and collects red diamonds, but water is deadly to him. Watergirl can swim through water and collects blue diamonds, but fire is deadly to her. Green goo harms both of them. Each room asks the pair to hit switches, pull levers, push blocks, and time their jumps so both characters reach the door. You can play with a friend on one keyboard, or switch between the two heroes and clear the temple alone. The game first launched in the browser on November 19, 2009, later moved to HTML5, and is also available as a free Android app from Oslo Albet and on Steam for Windows.

How to play:

Play with a friend on one keyboard, or switch characters and solve each room yourself. Fireboy moves with the arrow keys. Watergirl moves with A, W, and D. Jump gaps, stand on buttons, and pull levers to open paths, raise platforms, and lower hazards. Collect every red diamond with Fireboy and every blue diamond with Watergirl, then get both characters to the exit. Keep Fireboy out of water, Watergirl out of fire, and both of them out of the green goo. Clear all 32 levels, and try to beat the clock on each one.
